The Hot Chick is one of the better comedies of those released in the past couple of months and includes some side splitting humour. Maybe not as much as others but definately having its fair share.

The Hot Chick follows the story of Jessica who turns into a man over night after putting on a pair of cursed earings. The next day she wakes up and hilarity ensues. Some people would argue that 'woman turning into man and vice versa' is a tried and tested formula for movies but that doesn't detract anything from The Hot Chick. Hey, if it ain't broke, why fix it right?

One more reason you might want to check out 'The Hot Chick' is to see the return of Bob Schnieder, the guy from Deuce Bigalow Male Jigalow who gives a solid performance of a woman trapped in a man's body. Bob and Jesicca switch bodies overnight and the gorgeous girl is transformed into the body of a criminal. The usuall jokes you would expect are there, including her, or him, whatever you want to call it chases after other men which results in some homo sexual humor while she runs around in skimpy out fits.

Funilly enough Bob ( or Jessica ) gets a job as a gardener at her own house and in turn gets their perants to come back together. The movie definately sends out some good messages and is funny in its own way ( Bob learning to use his penis is one particularly funny scene as he tries to get advice from a man next to him in the urinal ).

I give this movie 4/5.
